Biometrics are fingerprint or face unlock on Android, Touch ID on macOS, and Windows Hello on Windows 11. YubiKey unlock is Android only, over USB or NFC, using HMAC-SHA1 challenge-response. Turn each one on during setup or later in the security settings, and the unlock screen offers what you enabled.
